you can loot them from elite gold pirate chests. they cannot be crafted.

and for masteries max out curse, and/or lightning depending on how much points you got

for team fights and clashes I recommend curse,light,shield,heal

for 1v1 situations I recommend ice,light,shield,heal

since in honor CTF you're mostly clashing in groups go with the first one.
