I did the quest from Boltag once and it gives 1 estate token per week. I tried to do it again yesterday but he didn't give me the quest. Maybe it hasn't been a week yet.
Did you talk to Boltag?

The story line quests give high xp as a reward, but unfortunately i have already completed them on my higher level toons. There are a few more daily quests that have xp awards, like the crystal quest...

Are there tokens we can get from event?

Don't forget to do the daily story quest. There are many useful things u can get with the tokens.

I used to run elite SS often when the price of the elite golden chest was higher and there were rerolls as in any other map. So it's not connected to the boss not dieing.
Also i still run normal SS...

Maybe we have to wait for the bar to fill

Same as Luciano. Frequency of freezing varies from every few min to every few sec.
