I think sam was right when he said this ... Don't go in ctf if u don't want to be spawned ... If you are spawned u can do this:
With a bird: shatter scream+ blast shot
With a warrior:...

Don't cry about mages... It's a class of characters like warriors... If they are too strong for you, stop playong this game
