They drop from regular mobs or just boss?

I want to kill every boss a lot to see if something diferent can drop.

I think that these drops are one more think incomplete on this patch (like the custom set bonus).
As I see, theres no reason on spend time at bosses, theres still no diferent drops from regular mobs...
