Oakmaiden you cant get the arcane artifact from the raids even though it says fly lord orricks prized possession, only miregaurd artifact of shadow , I farm orrick often because it's the one thing...

I've done 1 run and got artifact but this time I ran over 100 times in a row and nobody in the party even got a raid bag , so sad :(
