actually, drop table decides the rarity, not the "rarity". like everyone have a ton of "arcane" mind relic.

if they have the money to do so, then let them do it. let them buy all the best vanity, all the best arcane weapons. the prices will be high, none will buy them anymore, then they will have a bunch...

I wanted to point out that they are not the same, I rerolled for a better loot but there was no loot at all. getting any loot is about luck.

you dont know how many times I rerolled but did not get any loot. its because even you reroll, you may not get anything as you are not lucky enough to get a dropp.
