Yes do not use re roll, or big luck because glyph blade steels are a common item, and by using luck. You're increasing your chances at a pink and not the blade steels

Yes thats how supply and demand works. Demand is high, supply is low due to people having the sets and not selling them. As time goes on and more are farmed it should steadily drop.
