Try 21-23! One of the most balance bracket for mage so far i believe (depends on how you play for sure).

And as for the gear, buy tarloks of assault set. Oracle gun would be fine tho :)))

Slag panic chance is same as samael panic chance.

The only diffrence is happiness bonus, passive ability and the price ofc.

If youre looking for good panic chance only, go with slag. Its...

21-23 brackets is the best twink brackets so far for sure! :)

Dont compare endgame to level ten pvp, its way too different. If youre pro at endgame, doesnt mean you can do the same at level ten. Unless, if you have experienced all of the level brackets, maybe...
