adding the min/max and description would definitely help matters.

i like the idea of letting the group leader determine the min/max level he will allow in their hosted game. that would fix alot of issues i think.

yup. PL is definitely a more pick up and play casual MMO experience. WoW gets to the point where it feels like a second job. PL doesn't generate that pressure. no dailies. No scheduled raid events....
