Small change i would suggest to current way hotbars look and work.

The option of locking hotbar is good ofcourse but what would even make it better Is removing the fold button while its locked. ...

+1 linking vanity+sets is good for not having to increase hotbar amount. Suggest to add first letter of named loadout to the hotbar slot then to solve confusion

The update is cool!, But the unfair part is non deluxe stays non deluxe and deluxe becomes non deluxe + wisp.
