The 7 day xp elixir says it counts down while offline. However it is still continuing when I am offline. Is this a bug or did I misinterpreted the elixir.

Winter stars are good at lvl 36. At lvl 41 you can choose some cheap archons for more armor (and u can also get cool effect)
