I'm happy with the hotbar changes so far, the only thing left to tweak in my opinion is the locked hotbar icon that pops a message in your screen which can be a bit frustrating when miss clicked in...

My complain mostly comes from a mechanic perspective, when fighting bosses everyone is right there very close together and seeing when your arcane armors/weapons activate is getting hard to notice...
