Does the 1% yeti jewel version have a lower cooldown?
Having 5% chance with a 15 second cooldown on normal jewel and a 10% chance on enraged with the same cooldown wouldn't make a big difference...

Are you using it with sb set? Before we had sb amulet people complained about mages having an advantage by being able to use sb set alongside 71 amulet to stack int, while war and rouge couldn't,...

Your point? I said use lower lvl gear. Soul reaper at 86 gives 10 all stats. You think that's balanced for how common it is?

Soulbinder lvl 86 would kinda op. Just use lower lvl gear if u want eye effect
