I think if STS is providing you with an amazing free game they can do whatever they want. Wether you wasted some fake currency with no real value over it or not.

Each tier has added benefiets. One has stimpacks another enhancer and they have a stash terminal, but no guild wide banking system.

I believe they have vanity drop rate. In the video they warn that he "wont give them up easily". I've yet to see a single one yet so yeah...

The best engineer build is full INT hands down. That's the way the game was designed. Comm is full Str and Op is full dex. No questions asked.
