Well there is a way to solve this, have smaller guilds with 50-150 people who are always active and helpful. Lets be honest what is the point in have 1000 people in a guild when around 10% of them...

This is just a way for bigger, stronger guilds to destroy the weaker guys. You need to add allot of restrictions.

Yep, it's all a matter of luck - what pet you have - who crits - etc... (but in most cases probably the rouge, unless your a decently skilled mage xd)

To be honest it is on your play style, as stated above all pets have good quality skills and uses - how do you play the game?

YES!! Mages with 10k hp and 5k armor is the way forward :D give us smurfs a edge for once...we fail in everything so far except for aoe damage (even then we die from low hp/armor) xd
