Easy, just let everyone exp.. i think is a really bad idea to block the exp.. to play this game the first reason to play is exp.. lots of people dont like buy new maps (me too).. and without exp...

And if i play with 2 iphones? the campain is saved on account or on the iphone?

Will be cool that only the people NEAR the killed mob can earn exp/money

Other suggestion:
-Put a highscore board of the top 100 or more of killers (this is one of the good reason to let people continue to play)
-Make PvP/Pk
-Create clans
-Do sieges in weekend to take...

I'm sure, even if this will able, lots of people will still continue to buy maps.. so no problem
