You can get away with a lot of builds at 25-27. If I were you, I'd get some plat and just play around until you find something you enjoy. Make it fun, not normal.

No need for ib if you're debuff. If you land your first combo, they won't be doing damage to you.

I'd very much enjoy rhino buffs. It's my favorite class and I barely play it due to the underwhelming results.

Yeah, earth set bonus gives more armor which is always a good thing

Yeah... Forgot about that... Earth set will be your best bet I guess. Or you could use Halloween gear and a pink/purp fbow and go for a slightly more dps build.

Get int Halloween stuff with a pink/purple evidence and pink/purple paw. Get ring with most armor, use either 6-3 buffs or 6-6 buffs with 4-6 heal. Everything else is up to you. Customize yourself...

No clue about any of the gear, but I made a fairly successful voodoo with 6 ice. That's about all I can give you
