it's so Over Power! That's so unfair in vs/ duel... before it's OP already... so much now... you make it 2x proc... that's so unfair for other classes...

i hate that they reduced the aimed shot skill.. not fair... then the 2x proc for arc sword... then no arc daggers proc in pvp.. zzzz be fair... return the skills how they used to be...
