No, it doesnt have a set bonus and also doesnt give those glowing effects.
If you want the Glowing effects then You should buy Obedience set.
though i am not sure if obedience set gives set bonus.

Pvp is the only thing in the game why so many people are still playing it, So i dont think this is a good idea.

No stat or character is op in pvp. what matters most is the skill. I hate it when people say that they got rekt because the character fighting them was a bear or a person wearing a str set. that is...
