guys...whatever i do...my dmg and dps really decrease by 100 as i enter pvp both ctf and trulles forest... what should i do?

guys...wanna ask.. why is my damage and dps decrease by 100 as i enter pvp..example my dmg point is 510 but if i go to pvp it will be 410..help pls...^^
