No - as per the post, the guaranteed are Level 81 Arcane items.

Reducing the cooldown for Vermilius' AA and giving his AA another stat boost (like Boss Damage) sounds fair to me.

I'll take a look. Sounds like the description is incorrect (I don't think any of the SB weapon-based procs last longer than 5).

The description for this healing aura is incorrect. Heroic Lammy gives you +5% healing every 3 seconds. We'll update the description for accuracy.
