When using SS this perk will not stack and add to your ms if also using speed elixir

This perk is really only useful for someone without a SS I.e new players probably

Pretty sure this perk is non (stacking) so like cinco mentioned already if using speed elixir then this perk will not stack on top of those

I was fairly sure the cycle would repeat like we saw with zaar

So I never invested into SB items past the 3/3 set to boost kraken procs dmg set + new rusk weapon

Auto is around 8b

+1 I will never use this proc

Kraken amulet already gives me a 500% reflect without interfering with other wep procs

+1 needs to be acc bound...other wise whats the point of a veteran award if anyone can buy/trade
