How did you know if one proc within 15 minutes ? Bulwark , Bonesaw and goblins Glaive more often than galen. My Bonesaw can proc twice within 3-4 minutes in KM3 .

Dont compare will (armor type) vs assault (dmg/dps type). Its so diffrent. The problem why imbued so expensive because the dark armor only lootable in planar tomb chest.

50% for armor seriously? Tank with 2.5k armor will got 1.25k armor. 2500+1250= 3750 armor wow.
