A new proc for each individual black ice item would be cool, it could require a scroll to unlock the proc on the already existing weapons & that'll turn it elite.

It's an interesting idea for sure, however I'd remove stat bonuses from all vanitys tbh, PL was much better without all the added stats vanitys give, it just lead to there always being a better...

Gold loot procs are pretty useless indeed, however all gold loot should be removed regardless, it has ruined the cs completely.

PLs gold cap is already high, I do agree upon inventory expansion however, they need a true gold sink & should remove all vanity set bonuses, as well as remove gold loot completely.
