Happens when u try joining people on fl/gl/pt that are 2 levels below or above u. Try going with just the world map.

If it still shows as crafting component in your inventory, then you need to talk to the garetta blacksmith first. He's in the same part of garetta village as officer Rovohn who gave you the quest....

Go to social options and uncheck 'filter chat', and those stars will disappear. U can still get muted tho if u go to far hehe
