I've tried disabling just about everything possible. even enabling cellular data. i tried deleting app and redownloading. nothing is working

what if the level cap were 50 and one didn't have to pay to increase their level past a certain point...but to make a profit and give people more, you were to release 'expansions' at reasonable...
