'Forced March' is (and has always been) 25% non-stacking speed.
'Evading Charge' is 10% stacking speed.

Fixed for the next update (both Hallowed Circlet and Sacred Halo had this issue).

This is correct, they were only available during the event and expired when it ended (and were labelled so in game).

I think this is fixed if you patch.

It looks like this is working to me. I see the extra crit damage in /stats. It only has a 15% chance to be applied.

Yes. It rotates very slowly, and starts at a random angle.

I'm unable to repro this so far, I can drop a bunch of them with max haste.

You should now have your monster images back, and loadout should work again.

You should be able to buy the elixir directly from the store to work around this. Fixed the portal showing enter/leave when you don't have the elixir for the next update.

You have itemset effects disabled in options.

When you use a house loadout, monster images and items in holders are only placed if you have them in your inventory for it to find them. It sounds like you loaded it without having them with you.

Hall of Valheim is the one you're missing. I don't see anything that would prevent you from getting it.
