Hello, is it please possible to recover deleted character from FB account? My kid lost entire 31lvl character including Mystic Bow

This thread is a bit old.

It takes less than 12hrs after support has replied to your email. Sometimes characters arent recoverable...so think twice before you delete the char...

please help me! I too deleted my level 36 warrior! after getting the level 36 banner and good pets. my username is ghosteal and by mistake i put the same username for a low level new charecter can you please help me get my account?

Welcome to the forums, Ghosteal! I'm very sorry to hear that you've deleted your character. What you need to do is contact the support team at support@spacetimestudios.com. Explain the situation to them and they will look into what can be done.

Since this thread is two years old, I'm going to go ahead and lock it down.
