Suggestion for forgotten forest

I have an idea....forgotten forest is an elite map no one runs cause it's so tough...so why not bring black dragons back..we know elite maps are temp anyway. With cap not coming anytime soon, it gives us players something else to do. Anyone else with me on this idea

Yes, and as we all know every part of Black Dragon is discontinued, be it helmet, armor, or the Black Smoke Dragon Pet - but that's off-topic.

That's the big difference between the Black and colored Dragon sets.
While colored sets still drop (yes I am aware that their drop rates were increased), the Black Dragon sets completely disappeared from the loot tables and should never come back in my opinion.
Because, as I said before, the people, who have paid more gold than can fit into one trade window, to purchase only a part of Black Dragon, would totally ripped off.
(To clarify, I'm not an owner of a Black Dragon Set)

Black Dragon also would not be really special, because let's be honest, many people nowadays already have a colored dragon set and are not really "special" anymore. While the Black Dragon Owners get "Whoa" or "Nice!" in towns now and then.

So why take away a piece of, I would say,individuality?

You do not necessarily need Black Dragon to be top notch, you can choose many alternatives to own Black Dragon people in PVP for example.

Trust me, I was long before the Dragon sets came out in PL, and yes I know how hard they were to get - I myself have farmed for days Mt Fang, just to get a blue helmet or something.

And yes I know how much they were worth the time before the nerf compared with how much they are worth now.

In my eyes, those who have a colored set are nothing special (they were though), so why repeat the same (or similar) error at Black Dragon?

I say we have a big quest, but not bring black dragon set back. This is coming from somebody who does not possess one. It would not be fair for the people who worked hard for the set or paid (now 3 gold caps) to possess one of these sets.

Sts should not bring things back because people missed it, they should rather release something new and similar, IF that.
It angers older players when old stuff comes back because people whine. No more founders, cop, rose weapons, old discontinued items, ect.

When you look at the stats the black ring of valiant glory has these stats over the red ring of val;
2 health, 1 health regen, and one mana regen.
That's it.
Get a red ring and realize 4 points won't change much in your game. Wait for your turn to get something that you hope stays exclusive.

I also think adding something new to the FF map would be the better solution. While the drop rate is "higher" there, i doubt anyone even notices the increase since it takes so long to complete the map. Make it noticeable increase or add some new items to the boss there.

NO! this is just a silly idea...all those poor people know who are farming(spending tons of time and elixers) or merching their booties off to get one of these sets right now,that to me would be like a slap in the face. go earn it like the rest of the people

and if u were here when it was avail...then its ur fault for either selling or getting to the point to where u can farm it

Maybe they could make a quest like the ocean blue diamond where if you beat the ff boss a certain amount of times, you would get a natural red diamond for completing the quest.

Well we're agreed that something new would be nice, but I think that map would need a big reward to get people playing there.
This caps set of elites doesn't compare to the 71s, yeah bow is good, but none have the cool procs of last caps. Add to that the low reward of grinding runs w/o pots to get an elite that sells for a fraction of a pink bsm drop, and that is why most won't waste time there.

I wouldn't be bothered if they brought black dragons into forgotten forest. There's no real interest in going to forgotten forest because the drop rate sucks for the effort it takes to beat the boss. This coming from someone who completed the Ichor quest and had a couple complete dragon quests. The stats for them sucked so I sold them as I got them. Had I known they would be discontinued and you would later be able to craft them into the most powerful ring, I wouldn't have sold them. But this is just my opinion.
