CAN'T ENTER CLUB SANCTUARY WlTH MY MAIN ACCOUNT

Hello, Im having a technical problem regarding entering club sanctuary, everytime I use my main account (which is connected through facebook) gameplay is lagging and I can't seem to enter club sanctuary.But when I tried to use a new account (I created with gmail account) gameplay is fast and fine.

Can anyone please help me regarding this? Thanks

Update: Tried playing using chrome yet, same results (game lags, getting disconnected whenever I try entering club sanctuary)

Did you leave your ID at home? If you dont look older than 21 and have no ID they wont let you in

Customer Support can convert an account from one type of login to another if you are nice and explain the situation. I'll look into it a bit further, but haven't seen this myself yet.
