I was just about to make a thread on this.

The top skill icon is being recharged with the lowest skill icon. This still happens if you change the skills around. Tested on 2 characters.

Same thing with the lightning skill. It recharges with the heal icon.

Anyway you could make the recharging brighter? It is kind of hard to see where the recharging is at atm.
