Ive been playing SL since 2011 but im still curious about the skill called "sympathetic anguish" what does it do? it says in the description its -20% jump. what does it mean?
because i will be experimenting operative builds.

Idk maybe it hits other enemies but with every bounce(switching to other enemy) it's attack weakens? I would see that but I never used it
The skill hits an enemy, jumps to a second target and deals -20% dmg. If I remember correct then you will also automatically switch the target on each jump. I don't remember that good anymore but I still remember that I I didn't like that skill

I guess it can jump (dunno how much % chance) on 2 enemies and if it jumps each dmg dealt is 20% lower. so first target full dmg 2nd 20% less and 3rd 40% less (according to description -20% dmg per jump, and it can jump targets up to 2 times).

I tried this skill on BioMechs in STS-25 many times,all it does is damage BioMech Once(+ Upto 2 more times)
It says jump targets upto two times, i dont really know what its really meant to do but it definatly do not switch the targets in PvP atleast.
