15 bears just have more dmg and armour than 12s.
They don't got more range nor skill.

But 10-12 got abandoned since a lot started doing 13 and soon after that everyone went 15 because those just had more dmg and armour.
Now people just make 18-20 bird and rush all those bears.. sad but true.

Yup^^ since forg iv seen a hell load of 18-19 even 20 birds just rush with their forg bows good that i dont pvp there or even 35 just bad under L49

It's very possible, I do it on my 20 (Casualpvp). I think I am gonna make a 15 though, there aren't enough 18-22 bears for me to compete with.

Make a bear if you want a challenge, or bird if you prefer the advantage. 25's and 26's aren't really a problem, the bigger issue is the 22/23 mages who show up sometimes.

Thanks, already have a 20 bird but it's not hard to make a bear no idea on builds though on the 20 bird

Not always. Mostly that only applies to low level, as at levels like 50-51/55-56/60-61 the stats on gear is very similar. Everyone would have a different build, but not necessarily on their gear.
