Help on set decision please

Can't decide for farming with level 56 str/int Mage what str set to use, fury was fun before fortified was balanced and idk much past that, there's so many choices now, even shadow is a valid option for lower farming. Just asking your opinions, I want to tank some, have decent damage and enough regen I don't use alot of pots. Thanks

There are two viable sets to use at 56, one is the strongman glyph mace set which is worth 800k give or take, or the charmin glyph wand set which is more or less 750k.

My opinion is str/int is hard to pull off, you can easily crush everything that's not glyph and up though.

So basically a glyph mace set is too for str at this level, how's mana regen or that?

I believe the m/s is around 22, which is good.

For farming fury, fortified, bt glyph and sm glyph are all good enough options. Depends on how much you want to spend on gear, fury costs 300k, bt 350k, fortified 500k and sm 800k.

If you want to do any pvp, buy sm.

Dude I suggest you buy a big top mace level 56. It should be like less then 100k but the damage increases so much. You can use fury helmet, shield and armor for regen but equip that mace and you will do some hefty damage

So you started with fury and ended with fury? If fury is 300k and bt 350k I would definately choose bt for its incredible dmg upgrade, hit, and dodge. The only good thing fury has are the regens and dodge (bt has the same or more) and has a bad hit % and a horrible dmg (lets hope you hit with that 80-85 hit %) that you hardly scratch your enemy.

I had a fury set, was gonna repurchase one with a profit as I sold my last one at 500k but is bt really that much better? I figured the set bonus would help fury a good bit?

Big top is way better. The set gives you 26 hp regen and 20 mana regen total. You really don't need mana regen as a bear so that unnecessary mana regen on bears is just redonkalous. Plus fury has low hit as death said.

What's the price on a big too set for 56?

Usually 350-400k max. I think you could even get for 300k

Fury is only good if you are 55 (even then, I would recommend MM wand set at 55), once you are 56 you can purchase either SM or BT, but either one is a very great upgrade from Fury. Thing is, you won't be dealing any dmg with fury with little hit % and dmg.
