Still waiting on our long awaited arbiter, is it coming can this question be answered. Also is a update coming soon we haven't got one since 28th May, futhermore we haven't got a real one since the cap update. Also we haven't got one without recycled items since 'Santa dropped down the chimney last Christmas' and this isn't a joke.

Where is the communication from the actual developers! Not some copy and paste responses.

With that being said, it is a shame they don't plan to add a level 51 Arbiter's piece.
