Best items for a tank

Can someone give some infos about the 4 best items for a tank in the game atm?

I've seen a lot of warriors trying to trade for a "Conquerer's Battle Axe" (pink, level 30 item I think) so I think that might be one of the better weapons. I am also curious though what the best options are for a warrior specializing in either:

pure DPS (2H weapon, maybe a sword?) or tanking (1H weapon + shield I imagine)

Yeah, I am using the Conq Plate, Axe and your shield... but instead of your helmet I am using one with 3 str, 1 h/s and 7 armour.

Haha yeah I probably should, but I doubt anybody has an extra one, and I can't be arsed to go through the lost expedition looking for that specific item.
