Hi Mates,

How are you after all!. I would take an off in the game for a while. I don't like the current situtations in AL as of now. Hope you could understand me. I'm an average player in AL Game and I can't keep up anymore. My interest in AL is slowly fading... For those gals who inspired me on this game. Thank you for your support and kindness!. I think it's the right time for me to do something else this time. I will still be loogging in for the time being but slowly inactive for a while... Thanks for everything!..

I'll be online Ava. I just need to take some rest coz I don't want to whine on the thread for dc issues here and there. Causing me a lot of plats/gold to purchase the ankhs that's sink my investment. I'll not play as long as I can see a lot of complains about dc in the game and the current trend of running the tombs atm is tiresome and cost a lot of golds/plats just like one in the thread says "why do we need to run such a very long path to reach the boss", everyone knows the answer of this question. Forcing everyone to use his limited ankhs/gold just to run tombs as far as I'm concerned is not practically correct. One-hit by boss is not good. Playing this game in the current situation defeats the purpose of enjoyment imho. All are being add-up which is why I decided not to play atm, not decided to make it permanent though. Guild-wise I'm happy than in any guild I ever had in my previous.

Hey folks,

First off, let me say that we're very sorry for the high frequency of disconnects. We've been trying to get a handle on them for a couple of months, but it has proven to be a very difficult issue to track down. You have been very patient and helpful, but we still have not been able to get to the root cause(s).

In recent days, reports of DCs has increased significantly. It has interrupted your play long enough. The time has come for us to aggressively go after this issue.

Accordingly, we are taking the following measures:

Survey: We started with a comprehensive survey here: https://www.research.net/s/ZRX7HLG to collect detailed player information. If you experience random disconnects, please help us to help you by filling it out. Thank you to ones that already have.

Server Disconnect Reporting: This week we have a significant server update going out to collect performance data.

Client Disconnect Reporting: Our next Arcane Legends client version will include automated disconnect reporting.

Content Refinements: Our next content update will address a number of issues with the current end game elite content.

Pausing Timed Leaderboards: If you DC on a timed run, you can't rejoin. We know it is maddening. We're going to temporarily disable the Timed Run Leaderboards for Elite Tindirin, Planar Arena and Planar Tombs content. We know it sucks to have that aspect taken away, but it sucks more to punish you for being DC'ed. We'll get it back on in the future.

Finally, to try and make up for the frustration you may have felt, we'd like offer you guys a Lazarus Package. With our next content update (hopefully Thursday), you will find the following items in your stash:

o 25 pack of Ankhs
o A 60 minute Combo Elixir Kit
o 10 pack of Damage Elixirs
o 10 pack of Armor Elixirs

(Please note these are non-tradable)
