If a name is taken and the account is inactive is the name lost forever? Or is there a way for it to be given to someone else?

I think..as long as the character with the name isn't deleted, it still belongs to them..and no one else can get the name until the person with that name deletes or renames their character..

In general, our Support Team used to do "extras" in the past that we no longer do. One popular one is looking for "free" names. In the past we would search for who had that name and free it up for users to use now. Such extras are outside the scope of the Support Team and is something we no longer offer to do. Thanks very much for your understanding.

Didn't Sam mention way back in the guild selling dilemma that anything which cannot be put in trade window isn't allowed to sell/trade as there is no guarantee that both parties would get what they wanted?

My laptop is broken so I don't have enough stamina trying to search it on my tablet.

^^Truth. Can't be secured in trade window, it is not allowed to be traded. I have a feeling this is the next big scamming scheme.
