Best weapons and specs for Level 23 rogue?

Hello, I'm somewhat new to the forums, but also to MMO's. Currently on my first character, a level 23 rogue, and I haven't been focusing on any builds.

What I'd like is a proficient PvE character which can comfortably if slowly solo stages that have a recommended level the same as my own. I'll probably respec if I can get some advice; I really don't want to die all the time, either

Without any gear on, I'm at:

Strength 73
Dexterity 101
Intelligence 46

My equipped items are:

Mortal Knives of Potency (61.8 DPS, 20 Dex, 10 Int)
Mighty Cap of Will (21 Str, 11 Int, 213 Armor)
Jacket of Celerity (23 Dex, 12 Int, 238 Armor)
Woven Braid of Potency (16 Dex, 8 Int, 2.8 Damage)
Chain of Celerity (19 Dex, 10 Int)

If there are any gear upgrades that you can recommend (inexpensive preferred, though of course the rarer items tend to be better), and any ideas for PvE builds, please let me know?

I'm working with a number of rogues who have recently joined my guild. All around the same level currently...

Read some of my other posts about how I'm specced and what kind of gear is best for your level - as for not having any MMO experience, while it helps it's certainly not necessary.

What you have to remember is that MMOs are built with the social aspect being very important. They want us to work together. Thus our skills compliment one another and while your build probably works well for you, it's not going to be the *best* way to spec your toon. Soloing is something I do when I have to - but there's nothing like a good group that works really well together. Knowing what your job is, how to do it, and what skills best compliment that job make you the most successful toon (Rogue or otherwise).

I'd love to help you and you're welcome to run with me to observe my tactics and learn about MMOs. I've been playing them since Everquest...
