Level 70 skipper bird

Chicken's "MEGA" Guide is a bit outdated.
At level 70, you should be able to get level 9 in skills, and most people take advantage of that.
Try 9 Focus, 9 Evasion, 9 Blast for a starter.

While I have never championed a bird in PvP, common sense would bring me to suggest the following as a build for pure DEX Sand Skipper.

Focus: 9
Evasion: 9
Blast: 9
Break: 9
Blind: 9
Root: 9
Shatter: 1
Avian: 5
Heal: 1
Repulse: 8
