Amethyst Amulet lvl 25

Hi guys!

Just wondering if you know where to get the amulet so called Amethyst Amulet lvl 25, it has 30 str 14 int and 4.0 Damage close enough to the mythic amulet. Do you know what quest can i get this untradable item? I post this thread here because this amulet is the best amulet you can get at lvl 25 for your warrior. Please reply
