heya guys, when u say with mage mythic gun chance to proc, does increasing u critical affect this chance?

Actually the proc does increase your crit a tiny bit due to the added dex.

As far as I could tell the proc buffs you and your allies with +15 dex/str/int while damaging foes around the rune that spawns when it procs.
