12 platinum missing

I started a 12 plat task from wii. I had to download and Spellstom. When I clicked the tasks a problem happened. i closed the game , Downloaded spellstorm and played it. I need 1 platinum for sth i want to buy. So is there a way to get my platinum or even just that 1 platinum?
