    Default Cant buy platinums

    I cant buy platinums using my itunes account.. I created a new itunes account and load it with $50 using itunes card.. But when i buy platinums in arcane legens i cant buy.. I already reinstall the app.. But still cant. Im using iphone 5.. iOs 6.1.4.. Im using wifi broadband.. Need help badly.. Thanks..
