All Sniper gear = 1 more hit % than jewel thief gear.

I mean I bought archer 4 pack a while ago and only "sniper" item I got is the armor is there a percentage to get sniper items

You have a 50% chance to get every Sniper's helm Sniper's Armor Sniper's Wing and Sniper's Talon. It's rare to get all of them in 1 package. You might have to keep buying until you get them separately

I assume you're talking about me, and I've been pvping low level for AWHILE so i know what I am talking about when i say there isn't much to learn.

EDIT: The hard part is taking the small amount that you learned and perfecting it
