Twink Build for Lvl 19/45/50/29

Im having some trouble which twink is the best for pvp..
Im thinking intbear?

cant decide between a intel bear or a strength bird. which one should i go with twinktastical?

Any build birds get owned by paladins at level 19. Paladins get owned by bears at level 19. If a bird could beat a bear, would have a great game of rock paper scissors going.
