none of my kills are counting and gaining no exp im lv 30 and need 24 k exp for lv 31 only my deaths are counting do i have to do elite maps or is something wrong has anybody else experianced this.

Have you checked your ingame settings?
Check if you disabled gaining XP and toggle it back to normal.
