Fixed an issue with the Mad Scientist rare boss having a shield at times when he was not supposed to have any shield.

thank god..i thought soltice event is done,..i havnt found any new vanity yet..

the new vanity drops are intended to be permanent additions

There is a new bug. Unless it is intended. The Mad Scientist shows up every time on Unholy Remains.
