Ok so you know when you first download game you have to download all updates

yeah i have 2 phones and on one of the phones everytime i play i have to wait about 40 mins for the android pak 27-0 to download please fix

You may need better wi-fi. You can't play without the updates, and they ARE the fix! Or are you saying that your devices are downloading the patches even when there has been no update??? (cuz that would be weird. Not impossible, but weird, especially on two different devices)

My ping be 74 but every time I get on I have to download patches and there is nothing new from the day before

ur phone memory is bugged or u always clear those files that has patches in it
