Level 15 Bear Tourney

Well since I've realized dat da 15 bear tourney by lolsocool is postponed or cancelled or whatever I wanted to make one since everyone was excited and waited so here are da rules.

RULES:

1.Vanities allowed. (But no vanity shields)

2.Founders is not allowed.

3.No forgotten/Halloween items.

4.Only level 15 bears (if enough people want I'll make a Mage one)

5.Forest Fight up to 10 not FFA.

6.Get someone to take a screenshot or do it yourself and post here.

7.Only weapons allowed Talon/Toyman/Snowball Launcher

8.Only 16 spots so sign up quick!

What are the rules in regard to leaving and rejoining (for health regen)? At upper levels you can just stand around for ~15sec and you'll be full, but here we may have to wait almost 2 minutes for full regen.

Oh and um, I liked how the other tourney had no vanity shields so we could see they are not using halloween shield. Might wanna include that
